Evergreen Newsletter

$3,500/month

A weekly newsletter, written for your business. New subscribers begin with your best issue and read through the archive in order. I plan, write and schedule each issue after your approval.

One issue a week, with a subject line and an offer line at each issue's end. The issue plan and reading order live in your email tool.

Educational Email Course

$8,000

Help a prospective buyer solve one problem before you ask them to buy. I turn your expertise into five practical email lessons, then write the sales emails that introduce your offer. You approve the outline and copy. I build the signup page and set up the sequence.

One welcome, five lessons, then three sales emails. One email a day, then the sequence ends. Includes signup-page copy, a tested email setup and a launch-day plan.

Booking Sequence

$3,500

Follow up when a buyer leaves a form unfinished or never picks a time. I write and connect two email sequences, each linking to the next step. Both stop when a call is booked.

A form-to-call map, two email sets, your form and calendar connected, and a recorded test send.

Email Strategy Audit

$0

On the call, we explore three educational email course ideas for your business. Each names a reader, a problem to solve and a promise the course can keep.

Three concepts, discussed together. Course writing and setup are separate.

FAQ

Before We Talk.

Which service should I start with?

Start where your buyers lose momentum. If people join your list and rarely hear from you, choose the Evergreen Newsletter. If they need help understanding a problem before considering your offer, choose the Educational Email Course. If enquiries stall before a call, choose the Booking Sequence.

Do I need a large email list?

A large list isn't the starting requirement. You need people with a reason to care about what you sell. A course can give them a reason to subscribe, but they still need a way to find it. A newsletter needs readers; booking follow-up needs enquiries. These services help you follow through with that interest.

How will you make the writing sound like me?

We start with a recorded conversation, your existing writing and the questions your buyers ask. I use your explanations, examples and opinions to shape the outline and drafts. You review both. The aim is writing you recognise as your own thinking, expressed clearly for the person reading it.

Why hire you if I can write with AI?

Use AI or write it yourself if that gets the job done. Hiring me covers the decisions and delivery around the words: understanding your buyer, planning and writing the emails, connecting the setup and testing it. You bring the expertise and approve the work. I take responsibility for carrying it through.

How much work will I need to do?

Bring your source material and a recorded conversation about your business, then review the outline and drafts. Past emails and email-tool access help with the newsletter; teaching material helps with the course; form and calendar links help with booking follow-up. I handle the writing and setup.

Will you set this up in my existing tools?

We check what your tools can support before choosing the setup. The course includes its signup page and email sequence. Booking follow-up connects to your form and calendar. Newsletter issues are saved and scheduled in your email tool. Each setup is tested before you approve it to go live.

What if a draft doesn't sound right?

You review the outline before the writing, then each draft in a shared document. Flag what feels wrong, what needs explaining and what you'd never say. That feedback shapes the next edit. Nothing goes live without your approval, and the finished files stay yours.

Can you guarantee more sales?

I commit to the agreed email asset, written, connected and tested. Sales also depend on your offer, audience and how you handle replies. Judge the work by the action it is meant to support: useful replies, qualified enquiries, booked calls or purchases. I don't promise a conversion rate or revenue figure.

What do I get from the free Email Strategy Audit?

We discuss three educational email course concepts for your business. Each identifies a reader, one problem the course can help solve and a promise it can keep. We discuss the concepts together on the call so you can assess the direction before commissioning a course. Course writing and setup are separate.
